Complaints

If you feel that the service you have received by Medical Imaging is not to the standards you expect and wish to raise a complaint please contact us on any of the following details. The information you give will be quickly assessed and dealt with by the appropriate personnel. We aim to resolve most complaints quickly and at this first stage of resolution.

Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, we will offer you the opportunity to take your complaint to the Primary Care Trust for your area where it can be assessed by independent review. Your information will only be shared only with the involved parties throughout the process and will remain confidential at all times.
